Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination.
Delivery Estimates:
-UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
-UPS Ground Saver: 2-7 business days
-UPS Standard: 3-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and other factors.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays and Issues:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Damages:
The Creepy Closet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
